2007 Shoot-Out Champion

The Shoot-out format event is a cross between a Sit 'N Go and a Multi-Table tournament.  Up to 64 players are randomly seated on 8 tables. Each table will play down to 2 players.  Chips stacks are counted and each table's two players will combine down to 2 tables of 8 players each.  Each of those tables will play down to 3 players each, and we'll count the stacks once again and combine for a single 6-handed final table.  Players will move to their new table with the chips they earned at the previous table, creating differing chips as play begins on the new tables.*

This format allows a player to make some great turnarounds with minimal chips, or conversely blow a nice chip lead!  Leanding a strategy that you must develop specific to the format, this is a very action packed structure.

Each player starts the tournament with 4000 in chips.  Blinds increase every 20 minutes.

2nd Place - 100 Specialty Points, $50 cash
3rd Place - 75 Specialty Points
4th Place - 50 Specialty Points
5th Place - 25 Specialty Points
