Who said Poker wasn't a team sport?!?!?

Team Poker is one of the most fun formats of the game.  You get to assemble your team, never playing against your teammates until the final table, you compete against other teams and watch how your teammates fare on their own table. Here's how it works:

• Up to 9 teams of 6 players.  6 table tourney, with 1 player from each team on each table.
• Team Captain will be voluntary.  First 7 Captains with 6 confirmed players will be granted Team status.
• Captains will be given 150 points for “recruitment salary,” to entice players to join their team.  These points can be divided amongst any amount of players the Captain chooses.  Players may shop around for better offers before confirming with a Captain to be on their team. 
• Each of the 6 tables will be played as a single-table tournament, down to 1 player. The 6 Winners will move on to a final table tournament.
• Table Points will be used to determine the winning team as follows:

  Preliminary Table Points:
  9th = 0 points
  8th = 1 point
  7th = 2 points
  6th = 3 points
  5th = 4 points
  4rd = 5 points
  3rd = 6 points
  2nd = 8 points
  1st = seat at final table

  Final Table Points:
  6th = 10 points
  5th = 12 points
  4th = 14 points
  3rd = 16 points
  2nd = 18 points
  1st = 20 points
